Amazing Jane Activewear

Amazing Jane, a rapidly growing activewear brand based in the North East got in touch for media relations and press support.

Amazing Jane, a North East based activewear brand, specialise in designing clothes to boost confidence in women through different life stages such as having children, perimenopause, and menopause.

Claire and Deb, founders of Amazing Jane got in touch with us to help produce and distribute two press releases detailing recent developments with the brand.

From our first email, to campaign updates, the team at M.A.D have been professional, responsive, and have complimented our national activity with perfection. Marie was great to work with, and we were really happy with the campaign results. We wouldn't hesitate to work with M.A.D Communications again. Claire Goodliff, Founder and CEO, Amazing Jane Activewear

For the first release, we focused on their recent investment success, detailing a 5 figure investment from local business owner and entrepreneur Laura Middleton, founder of The Office Rocks and Bump, Baby and You.

For the second release, we shared the announcement of the brand’s exciting immersive Oxford Street pop-up in September 2023, also celebrating Amazing Jane’s rapid growth, particularly in the last 12 months.

We utilised our extensive network of media contacts, strategically targeting publications relevant to each release respectively, with a focus on North East based publications, but with scope for wider publications if necessary – particularly for the second release.

Claire and Deb were keen to have the releases sent out in fairly quick succession to capitalise on the buzz around the brand. While this can sometimes be detrimental to release reach, we were delighted to see significant levels of coverage for both releases, with articles featured in publications such as Bdaily, Portfolio North, Prolific North, Business Live, The Northern Echo and Insider Media.

Media relations is so much more than just throwing out a press release to a blanket audience and hoping something sticks. It takes careful nurturing of relationships with journalists and publishers, and we were thrilled to be able to continue to foster those mutually beneficial relationships while maximising the coverage for Amazing Jane.

From crafting genuinely interesting press releases that people will actually want to read, to full distribution, if you have a story you’d like some support in sharing, we’re your gals!

With contacts in both regional and national publications, we can help your story reach your ideal audience in a strategic way.
