After meeting Julie from Ticket Rangers to find out more about her families exciting new business, we knew it was something we would love to be a part of. Julie was looking for social media management throughout the launch period of Ticket Rangers across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
We first met with Julie face-to-face to discuss Ticket Rangers in detail and find out more about their goals short-term and long-term. She told us what they needed from us and we discussed how we could approach their social media platforms.
As the business is targeted at both the UK and US markets, we decided running two Facebook pages would be beneficial. This enables Ticket Rangers to reach their target market at optimal times in different time zones and share more targeted and relevant content to their audience. We created their Facebook profile and cover photos to ensure the business pages appeared professional and consistent.
During the launch period, we created daily posts for both Facebook pages, Instagram and Twitter. As the business is family orientated, Julie sent over numerous images along with the graphics and logo from their branding. We edited images appropriately for each platform and designed some graphics to match the branding for Instagram, such as the cloud quotes. We then added captions and appropriate hashtags before sending them over to Ticket Rangers for approval. Once the posts were perfected, we scheduled across all platforms to reach the audience at optimal times each day.
