We always start a brief by sending out a questionnaire to our clients or having a discussion via email, phone or face-to-face. This is a chance for us to get a full understanding of what our clients want to achieve and find out more about their business and their target audience.
This stage will differ depending on the type of project we’re working on and the brief given. In general, we will research the business and its competitors as well as thinking about what will gain attention from the specific target audience. We will then create a design concept before giving the client the opportunity to provide feedback.
Once we have discussed the design concept with the client, we will then implement their feedback into the design and make any necessary changes. Receiving feedback from our clients at this stage is really important as it means we can get a clear idea of they want.
We offer two revisions for each project in order to deliver quality design that our clients are 100% happy with. We place a high importance on communication at the start of any project so we can effectively deliver work to client deadlines.
Once we have completed any revisions requested and the client has signed off the design, it will then be sent via email.
